I went Armanee view an unit that the car park stated in S&P are not front and back at the same row, It will be very not convenient for the owner. Is it all Armanee car park is like that? And look like you are one of the member for JMC, how could this problem to be solve

Kvsual,

It is next to Bandar Sri damansara.
Yup, Armanee price is around 300++ per sqf. Still affordable. Further more its sits on top of a hill.
Cooling and windy!!

Hi TerryCath,

JMC cannot do anything because MK land has screw up some of the parking allocation from the beginning. I even have a seller car park supposedly allocated near to the staircase but was moved to the back as MK Land has given the car park to other person. But not all car park is like that. Only few was effected.

Just moved into my unit last month.. so far i LOVE IT SO MUCH!!

No aircond install yet, but still so cool and windy. Maybe won't install aircond at all. haha.

Got ground unit, so have a bit of backyard. Feels like terrace house, with a bunch of other people living on top of me. haha. Highly recommend this place. wub.gif wub.gif wub.gif

how about the maintenance fees? calculate based on whole unit size or ground floor only?

Yup! I hardly on my air cond...
Just now i came back to Armanee, mist everywhere...NICE!!

All i know is maintenance cost about rm250 a month. + sinking fund, which they will use to paint the building in 2015. There is a proposed new block coming up.

intermediate unit is around 1645sq ft. Corner unit its 2008 sf ft. So you multiply by 0.18 cent

So far, i know that they are painting all block's lobby. No news on new block proposal yet.
