Btw, i wanna ask how much reno are we allowed to do on the balconi? cuz i found this photo via iproperty, and the unit is similar to mine, and he managed to put a bathtub on the balcony!!

Really? MBSB told me it was only worth 420k, so we had to nego on the unit renovations... where he enlarged the master bedroom, and a kitchen cabinets, and wood flooring, and we still only got 440K for it. huhu.

Yup, summore using the banks lawyers... SO slow.. everytime call either on holiday or on MC. Terrible!

Hi folk, anyone knows of any decent nurseries/childcare/kindergarten around Armanee or Damansara Damai area?

We will be moving into Armanee in November, and will need to put our boy (2yo) in school cuz it will be too far to send to my mothers house in bandar utama everyday (+JAM!! )

Just moved into my unit last month.. so far i LOVE IT SO MUCH!!

No aircond install yet, but still so cool and windy. Maybe won't install aircond at all. haha.

Got ground unit, so have a bit of backyard. Feels like terrace house, with a bunch of other people living on top of me. haha. Highly recommend this place.

Block A. So hard to wake up for work with this weather! Wanna sleep in and work from home. haha

All i know is maintenance cost about rm250 a month. + sinking fund, which they will use to paint the building in 2015. There is a proposed new block coming up.

Traffic is really not that bad most days. It's usually when some dummy cause accident at the main road that everyone will get stuck.
