The SC i went they use a big plastic tank (We called it IBC tank) with capacity of 1000litre. They just took enough vol of lub oil from the tank for each car. They got 2 big tanks there, one semi syn and 1 fully syn pentium 3000. Not sure about other SC. I think it is much cheaper for them to buy the bulk vol of lub oil from petronas. So, for sure no remaining oil left...

This number thingy was mentioned by bro seanoys. Not sure it is true or not. Maybe bro seanoys can verify it?

So when u booked ur car? maybe the number based on when u booked the car (allocated) not the time u collect the car...just my 2 cents... rolleyes.gif

Hey! Info I gotten from my salesman..which knows alot of things..haha apparently when you book the car they will check the stock in gurun and then only bring the car down here to rawang..that's why we need to wait 3 -4 weeks for our car..no ready stock..if got ready stock means the car is left in the showroom for a long time..smile.gif

No, what i means is, they took the balance 1, so angry mad.gif , nvm return back, when i asked he said used-up all the lub, nothing left, then i said impossible, then he replaced me 1L full syn lub for me. i think they always take the balances 1 from customer if customer didnt request. i confirmed that SC is using lub in bottle 1.

don't worry so much if really need to travel just borrow a car or rent it , must make sure your enjoyment still continue don't rely too much on the SA words always must have back up

GUess when I got my car ..... middle of CNY - that's like I have traveled to Pahang - KL - Penang & ALor star during CNY after the trip only got my car, was planning to drive my new car but WTH have to endure it lucky got side plan... you can imagine how my elders do complain as they expect a new car to travel back hometown, but I have to calm things down so we went back hometown with a "BANANA"
btw my car was in the show room for aprox a month can see can touch but cannot eat .... most of the first batch knows what I mean.

Ohh.. I have almost the same difficult situation like u had. Anyway, luckily I still got another car to use but not a new car as what i expected. No chance to show off. Damn frustrating. laugh.gif

I read some reviews and seems like night breaker has quite good comments and it is cheaper than diamond vision. Although white lightning looks cool n bright at night, but I'm sure drivers would have suffered when driving in rainny day even hid. Sometimes for safety n wallet purpose, better keep in stock. Lol. Just my worthless 2 cents.

Check the level of the engine oil first..if exceeded the "Full" mark, ask SC to bleed out some amount of the engine oil to reach it appropriate level. Else your car might feel 'heavy'

I think bro behkokhong meant SC refused to give him the leftover lub in the bottle. Way is that we pay for full bottle lub and we have the right to get back our balance. Sikit Sikit lama lama menjadi bukit. After few servicing, we can have a 'free' lub then. laugh.gif rclxms.gif

How about rainy day? I heard white bulb will see nothing in rain. Even my friend with HID said that.

emm, then is different story. And from my experiences before at outside workshops, most of them will do the same thing, keep quiet and keep the remaining oil and only return when you ask for it from them.

Correct me if I am wrong. I tho their stokis is at rawang. So, the car from Klang will straight send to rawang. then from rawang only distribute to dealers/branches.But I am not sure the Naza factory already start to assemble the forte? or still em hmm "CKD"? (sorry to mention this word again)

I got 1 set of second hand mugen style door visor (1st generation bought from bro sugen). Who wants it just pm me. It will be free but you need to pay for postage (not sure how much). If noone wants I will just keep them in my store...I already re-attached the new 3M adhesive behind all visors.
(updated: offer closed.... whistling.gif )

KFC,

our engine (1.6) cannot take 4L full. I've serviced at SC dealer last time and they pour all 4 litre. when i'm at Nazakia family festival, i've went for 19points check. and the technician over there advice to take out 200 ~ 300ml.. just a precaution to avoid any untoward incident later on..

in manual also stated 3.X L something..

also last time i did service and get the leftover oil. if you want you should request. thats all.

can arrr...? i though the oil has expiration date...
imagine we keep 300 ml for at least 12 service to get 3.6 liter...
12 service, if me maybe 10 years after...
