I gave birth at Kelana Jaya Medical Centre last year June.
C-sec by Dr.Loh, total RM7k for one night staying in twin sharing room.

My humble opinion is always stick to the gynae and hospital where your wife do check up in, if it's Pantai, then let delivery be at Pantai then.

Anyway, as an FYI, Lam Wah Ee Hospital LWEH standard C-Sec with no complexity staying in a Deluxe Single Bed room is only Rm4.8k

I am really shock to see some charges goes up to RM12k for C-Sec !! :O:O

Never been to Pantai but LWEH is pretty good with good nurses and Gynae and charges are very reasonable ........ you should check them out.

That's what i thought...it was reasonable. But every time i tell someone I'm going to PCM...they gave me the OH, most expensive hospital comment. I've compared with some other Hospitals...Pantai, DSH..macam sama je. Anyways PCM have increased their room rates...but all still single occupant + daddy sofa + coffee from 150 to 220....on par with other hospitals.

LWEH is by far the most reasonably charged hospital... for LWEH

for her 2nd baby she delivered at GH too but 3rd class ward, less than RM200 i think.
suddenly 3rd baby upgraded to 1st class ward.

Emergency C-Sec at Columbia Asia Puchong. Mummies cost RM7k while baby cost Rm1.3k with 1 day phototherapy. Mummy stay 3D2N while baby 4D3N. Total damage Rm8.3k.

My wife delivery at Regency Specialist Hospital in Johor.

I think basically in Malaysia CPF is claimable in any Pantai group and HMI hospital..

I need need to pay cash deposit and refundable later on after claim done
