May I know for Casona and COG, are they completed? Hows the progress? If the land belongs to COG, are they supposed to build the proposed link? is it in their layout plans?

In between COG, Casona, Sanderson. There are still empty land waiting for development.... So, it is still have hidden land owners that responsible to build the link...

What's the occupancy rate of this condo? I hear its filling up pretty fast. With a fresh coat of paint the building looks really nice from outside. How much is the 900sqft going now?

900sf now around 500k.
Occupancy rate not sure yet, but the unit i went to see 3 sides got neighbours dy smile.gif

500k is transacted price or asking price? Negotiable?
Anyway looking at new launches and condo prices within 3km radius it's actually a good buy!

The asking price is around 510k.
The only thing concerns me about 900sf is the placement of grill inside the living room (for safety purpose)

hi guys, i m paying booking fee now for villa unit subsales

since the title hasn't released, the booking form states requires 8% interest for 90 days 90% balance transferred to seller.

anyone has any unpleasant experience with this developer?

I have bad time in previous purchase....worry the process go wrong again

I paid 3% for booking fees ,balance 7% pay on snp signed .mind to share what price u get?

I am new owner and just finished subsale transaction for type C and it take less than 3mths , it took about 9weeks from S&P to hand over key , every thing OK and smooth and the original owner response very fast . I would say very good as my previous experience take at least 4 to 5 mths to complete until get the key . Sometimes , other than developer response , it also very much depend on the banks either buyer or seller to redeem or disburse loan and lawyer response for freehold properties, if leasehold even worst as need to obtain consent from authorities which can be very very long sometimes take 8 to 1year plus to complete every thing .
