I am new owner and just finished subsale transaction for type C and it take less than 3mths , it took about 9weeks from S&P to hand over key , every thing OK and smooth and the original owner response very fast . I would say very good as my previous experience take at least 4 to 5 mths to complete until get the key . Sometimes , other than developer response , it also very much depend on the banks either buyer or seller to redeem or disburse loan and lawyer response for freehold properties, if leasehold even worst as need to obtain consent from authorities which can be very very long sometimes take 8 to 1year plus to complete every thing .
