If you ever go inside The Sanderson or google map, you will see an empty land near Casonia and Sanderson. The road is currently connect to City of Green and will be extended to folks deep inside the Bukit Serdang. It's in the Rancangan MPSJ 2020 but don't when is going to materialize.

I looked at Google Earth map ( could be outdated ) and this is what I gather from what u guys said :- The completed 6 or 7 blocks low rise and 2 blocks high rise must be Sanderson? Opposite Sanderson is the Park. Where is Casona? The road leading to them can see a big piece of land , is that City of Green? ( still very empty) Now, where is Villa Pavilion and Astonia? Are these 2 under con or completed? What is the development directly opposite Villa Park and on the right of Sanderson? If a road is proposed to be built here, is it most likely to be connected to Jalan PBS 14/2? Because that is the only way a significant short cut can be created.

Residents hv logged in listings of things to be repaired for blk A B & C. Jmc members r wrking hand in hand with the developer now to rectify all identified issues. If u like the place, u will love it as ur home . Sanderson is the most prestige condo in Tmn Bkt Serdang, v peaceful, quiet n no Negros allowed here. Once COG is ready, the price will shoot up high. Not to forget, COG is an overpriced project where 4xxsf is already rm475k plus, Sanderson is freehold n way cheaper psf.

Are both Laman Serdang and Casona VPed? Laman Serdang looks nice! Hows the occupancy? And so far whats the occupancy in Sanderson?

It's in the town plan, but need to wait until those land owner cooperate, unless MPSJ want to pay for it... Sigh...
