I feel that 500psf is a little bit too high though...it is doubled from the selling price three years ago...

To me rm420 to 430 psf is fair...just don't push to hard until it turns bubbles eventually...

Not necessarily...by looking at the growing rate of property in and around KV, I feel that the supply would be more then demand in very near future. If the property market is over- supply, the price of the property will not increase too much, if not decrease...or maybe remain stagnant...

What u guys think about the kitchen cabinet of the sanderson...I found it ugly and the colour is hard to match with other furnitures...tongue.gif

If they can't give a good one then better don't give at all....now some of the owners might spent more money to demolish the kitchen cabinet and replace with new one =.=''

My friend's solicitor was the one whomdo the calling...I was only informed it would tentatively be on July, but I dunno whether is is early, mid or end of July. Sorry for my mistake in the early post.

I heard the price drop a little bit after VP is that true? Before VP the price for 900sft can go up to 450k but now it seems that the price maintain in between of 410k to 420k...

Guys, I am going to do the defects checking tmr, may I know if there are any particular areas that I should pay extra cautious while checking ?

Any major defects in your unit thus far?

Would appreciate if you can share as this is the first time I do the defects checking. I afraid I might miss out certain important pieces...thanks!

If block B, 445k is reasonable....definitely not block C, u shocked everyone...lol

Try search from i-property and see...otherwise u can go to the sanderson straight, some agents are putting up tents there everyday.
