Sanderson offer different concept and lifestyle compare to many others ordinary condo. People always saying staying in condo is like staying in a bird cage. Well, this.is becoz most condo do not have big open space for them and their family to hang around.
Sanderson is low density and offers jogging or walking track where most condo don't have. So, for a.family to raise their child here, it should be a perfect living space. I do hope all owners will work together to make this place a wonderful living environment. |

Sanderson is great but access road is a bit below average. One site access roads are much better and more commercial activities. For residency, Sanderson would be more serene and quite.
