Heard some news from property so call guru, they speculate that property price will hit another height by 2018. They estimate 1k psf for condo price ( none prime). Landed will hit 2 mil and up (none prime). Iskandar price is most expensive I heard which will hit up to 7k psf... what do you think?

1460 / 1480 / 1550 for resale

Too low price is no god for sale la, nowaday very hard to get with 420k(blk B). And complete soon.

It is hard, but buyers will try to get lower price. For those who want to sell higher, will have to wait until the lower price sold off 1st. No magic here.. Unless you met some buyers who do not search and straight away make deal with you. By the way, If not rush to sell, Seller may wait until they past the 3 years lock-in period, it is at least 2% there.. Who got those with zero lock-in period, they can sell right away without heart pain.. hehe...

Normally is date of the 1st payment bank released $$ to developer. So basically should have 1 more year to get waive of this penalty if not mistaken for Sanderson... The SNP date was end of the year, 1st withdrawn should be around March or April if correct.. some may be different, but all should have to wait until next year.. VP so fast is good for those bought for own stay, for flippers... not so helpful unless they don't mind the penalty..

since weeks ago, the sandersons' lights are on - carpark n some units of the condos. they r building the front main gate now, seems like gonna be completed anytime by now..
