Poison XD

A55 is seriously tempting lol. A580 is not too bad either. Guess I need time 2 choose, so I go clean up my debts 1st b3fore buying either 1 DSLR/DSLT XD
Just that the body of A55 is a bit too light for my liking.

sometimes its hard to decide... and the only way is just to grab it and learn to love it. the most important thing is to acquire the knowledge and skill...

and between the a580 and a55, you cant go wrong with either of these two great models.

eh guys very quick question, is it advisable to upgrade to 50mm f1.4 from 50mm f1.8?

is the f1.4 significantly better than f1.8? the price differs so much..

If want upgrade, better upgrade Sigma 50mm 1.4 terus =)

get A580 if u are not a video freak, it still can take video, just have to learn some MF only.

else, get A55 for its compactness and speed.

Currently A55 is the most useful in video and much feature packed than A560/A580 but the battery life isn't so good enough for long term shooting and also hard to balance with large flashguns.

A560/A580 is truly as photography machine than A55 in terms of handling, addition vertical grip and also 2 times battery life than A33/A55.

Anybody got a problem with the A33/A55 electronic viewfinder?...tried an A33 at the shop n found the viewfinder a bit blur for those who wear specs...tried adjusting the viewfinder but still find the compensation not enough...asked the salesman who is also wearing specs n he too finds this blurred problem but the LCD shows a clear picture......

Tried the A560 at Sony booth at KPLF Midvalley...did not find this problem... hmm.gif

Then that A33 showroom set must have problem with the viewfinder already...as the saleman with me also agreed that the viewfinder was showing blurred pixs...

as for...
u see wrong camera la. KLPF where got a560. its not blur, but not exactly sharp as well, compared to the Live view LCD screen.

I definately tried the A560 at KPLF 2010 at Sony Booth...it came with a 15~105mm lens (already confirm with my fren who came with me)...and according to the Sony guy manning the booth... it has not been launched in Malaysia as yet...for those who went to KLPF and missed this model...it was located on the 2nd level of the double storey booth next to Nissin Booth... smile.gif
