Why the bill so high?
You didn't subscribe for any fixed data plan?

maxis data plan 500mb. i have exceed it w/o maxis send a notification or call me. next morning, check my phone, already RM380.

Maxis calculate like this, exceed >500mb, it charge 10kb per 10 cent. the bad is, Maxis never notify u that u nearly or already exceed the quota. kinda sucks. I have upgrade to 3GB data plan for ease of mind already, but there is penalty, from 8~9 months contract i have left, it restart back to 12 months of contract. Somemore, there is a hidden charge for upgrading data plan, i think its around RM50~100, which include into my bill.

they never mentioned about the hidden charge

For some reason, new Nokia smartphones always require frequent recharge . But as time goes by, the battery last longer and longer. when i first buy my N95, i need to charge everyday. but later i only need to charge once every 3 days. same with my current nokia phone.

I tried to download a song from Ovi Music , but its asking for voucher no. Is the voucher no. included in the box?

No, you don't have that included in the box, unless you buy certain phones like the x6.

Maxis normally wont charge you for upgrading your package.. they welcome you deeper into their trap instead..

i wanna ask,if use 3g video call,nid to use data?coz people keep saying data charges is damn expensive

It used to be charged just like normal calls, at a different rate per minute..
I think it was 60cents per minute a few years ago..

so,if we dont have any data plan,it will be charge by minutes like normal call?

dear users, I just got my phone yesterday night and just saw..the warranty is 12 months? how about the 2 years warranty from pre-order? do i need to do registration throught where?
