Its easy,head to AMD website,register with them(for ur name..etc info) then attach a word document stating ur spec and problems and date of purchase..etc
Send to their email,wait for their approval.Then ship your processor with CODE given on your email.

from what i experience on 425, 635, & this 445, i'd say yes. some regor mite give callisto a run for its money but they need higher volts for sure.
