Players will no longer receive achievement toasts while their status is set to "Busy." The messaging when attempting to load a saved game or replay from a previous version has been clarified Adjusted the amount of points earned and lost by random team participants to properly reflect the strength of a player's teammates.
Balance
PROTOSS Buildings Nexus life and shields increased from 750/750 to 1000/1000. Void Ray Damage level 1 increased from 5 to 6 (+4 armored). Damage level 2 decreased from 10 (+15 armored) to 8 (+8 armored). Flux Vanes speed upgrade bonus decreased from 1.125 to 0.703.
TERRAN Buildings Barracks requirement changed from Command Center to Supply Depot. Supply Depot life increased from 350 to 400. Medivac Acceleration reduced from 2.315 to 2.25. Speed reduced from 2.75 to 2.5. Reaper Nitro Packs speed upgrade now has a Factory Requirement. Thor Energy bar removed. 250mm Strike Cannons is now cooldown-based on a 50-second cooldown. Ability starts with cooldown available (useable immediately after upgrade is researched).
ZERG Buildings Hatchery life increased from 1250 to 1500. Lair life increased from 1800 to 2000. Spawning Pool life increased from 750 to 1000. Spire life increased from 600 to 850. Ultralisk Cavern life increased from 600 to 850. Corruptor Energy bar removed. Corruption is now cooldown-based on a 45-second cooldown. Ability starts with cooldown expired (must wait for full 45-second cycle before usable). Infestor Fungal Growth now prevents Blink. Roach Range increased from 3 to 4.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where players could not cast the Feedback spell on Point Defense Drones. Fixed an issue where the Phoenix would continue to channel Graviton Beam after the target died. Fixed an issue that would cause Larvae to spawn and be hidden behind Zerg eggs. Fixed an issue where players were unable to navigate to the Single Player page or watch replays after canceling map downloads from the queue. Fixed a desync that could occur on user-created maps with custom mod dependencies.

Cant they just create some kind of defensive option against retarded 7 rax reaper cheese instead of making the unit useless? Like, give drones and probes back range so you can do moving shot vs them like you did vs bunker rushes in SC1.
Void ray nerf seems like it could almost be too much, Im not sure, but it seems like itd make them a bit impotent late game (maybe even more than it nerfs them early game as they should be almost the same vs marines at least)?
I think there is some overkill going on in this patch =[
Id much rather zergs were allowed to fast expo by virtue of being able to defend it with micro (which isnt possible right now because you cant actually micro against a reaper with anything ) than have them completely remove any cheese threat AND make it a lot harder to even attempt whatever cheese still exists since the hatchery is tougher to take down now.

Marines and Hydras in numbers at like 1/4 or 1/3 the cost of the Void Rays could fend off Void Rays but that wasn't enough? Vikings totally owned Void Rays before they got speed upgrade and now they own them even when the Void Rays get speed upgrade. Stalkers can probably approach charged up Void Rays now too since that reduction in damage against armored is so huge. And of course Protoss keeps getting worse against air... brood lords, corruptors and battlecruisers are now much more difficult to deal with.

Maybe it'll finally put to rest the myth to all those cheese players in team games to cheese VRs is to win. (Good lord it really can doom your team if one went to cheese VRs and let his base get overrun).

the VR and reaper changes is to balance bronze leaguers imho... seriously who die to mass VR or mass reapers when u scout? of course i am one of the guilty ones who rape noobs wit mass reapers >.<

VR nerf to speed is rather lame... It super slow now... Can have a race with mother ship and carrier already LOL. I agree with the damage reduction but not the speed.
Reaper nerf is almost like a triple nerf. First barracks need supply, then packs need factory then roaches range increase.
I think the roaches range was to counter reapers. So i would rather have supply first then barrack and keep the nitro pack upgrade untouch.
The 2 proxy barracks is so dangerous even againts zerg.
