guys, im looking for a new hp set, mostly wan to use 3g,wifi, NO touchscreen, BIG screen is must.. also with qwerty if posible.

any idea??? saw HTC,Samsung with huge display however not sure its user frnly or not, been using nokia/SE...

u don't want touch screen? Big screen with no touchscreen is hard to come by

i don't know where to download Symbian flash lite for my Nokia 5800. I cannot enjoy certain websites that requires flash player.

thinking of X10 and Samsung Captivate.. which one do u guys recommend please? and why?

its quite hard for any phnes to come with the preferences. but if want a wifi+bit large screen(not large as on touchscreen phones), can only think for SE w995

samsung captivate for super amoled. just a bit reminder, try to test all function of the phone in case any function is locked without AT&T line. don't know how it'll perform here.
not X10 for no multitouch (currently), screen is not on par with super amoled.

hello, i need suggestions:


1. Brand - don't mind as long as ori..
2. 500-700
3. 3G internet connection, decent browser/facebook/twitter app (wifi would be a plus), touch screen but most importantly great to store as much music as possible

If you don't mind using the old school candy-bar phone, Nokia C5 is a good choice. However, it does not have Wifi.

If you are willing to top up, Nokia 5800 might be a good choice for you.

5530 quite good though (wifi, no gps), but didn't have 3g. so, out

Nokia 5800 have a better camera then the Nokia 5230. It is more worth while to invest in the Nokia 5800.

i am confused between nokia n8..samsung galaxy 2..iphone 4 n balckberry torch..any ideas guys?

N8 is the best camera phone in the market right now.. can do everything u demand for but not much great application/games avaiable compare to android and iOS.. samsung galaxy 2 u mean galaxy S? if yes.. then its really a nice phone.. big screen.. SUPER AMOLED.. games.. with front camera.. would say that a great buy if u afford it =) the overall spec is superb! =) if u wan a wide selection of apps and games u can go for iphone 4 but if im not wrong u got no flash support on browser for ip4 and cannot bluetooth with other phones.. torch are more to a business phone whereby u can online 24/7 with it.. but not a good choice if u wan play games with it.. =)

base on the spec sheet, somemore comes with latest OS, sounds worthy..
overall, i felt its like Galaxy 5 but with higher megapixel, supports better microSD up to 32GB & comes with latest OS

from, gsmarena.com it wrote released since October 2010...
when it's January, we still didn't get it, then means Malaysia won't get it again[i think...]

hey thanks man..im still looking...torch seems good as i need to online often..but no games for me..i was looking at n8 but a lot of dead issues..scared to take the risk...galaxy s is nice but kinda pricy...still looking lol...

Yea.. but as for torch u need to sign up for the BIS plan in order to makes everything works well.. if not ur torch r like a normal phone only.. for n8 case maybe u can wait till next year (if u can wait) .. yea... sgs really a nice phone.. if u are using ur phone long term.. why dont u invest more to get a better phone =)
