err.. IMO, c905 is too heavy up the budget a bit can get urself an AP vivaz (depends on buyer, recommendedly, from LYN). vivaz pretty good though

nokia got free GPS for u. ur budget fit a nokia N8 got a awesomw 12mp some more.

but a HTC with a HTCsense is good too as it fit the social lifestyle, for facebook, twitter, and mailing (maybe, not quite sure )

so, maybe I'll suggest,
nokia n8 (free GPS, awesome camera, 3.5", symbian^3)
-or-
AP HTC desire (3.7", android 2.2, with HTCsense), slightly lower price is HTC legend (3.2", android 2.1, with HTCsense)

at 500 not much u can buy, maybe nokia C3 is the best since it has QWERTY keyboard for better messanging, + wifi too. preloaded with social network apps as far as i know.. it dun have 3g though.. camera is 2mp only

another phone possibly the nokia c3-02 touch and type. also with wifi plus 3g, instead QWERTY, it comes with normal keyboard. but with better resolution camera, 5mp. the screen is touchy (not sure about the price)

C905 is quite heavy to me.. the camera is good, no doubt. but, if u want, maybe up a bit of ur budget, can get urself a vivaz. n I'm not sure about SE w995. some ppl says it is good, whether it fits ur budget or not.
C905 is a slider phone. from my experiences, SE's slider is not that great, will start makes jokes from 8th months.. maybe its just my luck (since i buy AP ).

aiya, typo there i'm thinking to said X3-02 touch and type c3-01 touch and type maybe is not available yet as far as i know (correct me if i'm wrong)

from x132755 price, c3 is 430 for ori, and X3-02 is 610 ori (AP is 598). c3-01 price, not sure yet.. one of my friends said it is higher price compared to X3-02 since it has full metal body.

edit: suggest u to try both phones first at any nokia centre 1st. but i'd personally tried X3-02, it is awesome, with slim body keypad also ok for me icon_rolleyes.gif

maybe HTC wildfire for android? or stretch a bit ur budget, can go for AP motorola milestone (AP here, ori is 2k). these 2 is for a better web browsing as android wins that.
but if camera is ur preferences, yes, nokia N8 vivaz is good too for camera, but, not as good as nokia n8. but not recommended since S60v5 is laggy.

android always win in terms of web browsing as i know.
for vivaz, the camera is okay. but since it is symbian s60, which is somewhat a little too yesterday for today's standard. if u can stand for the little bit slow, maybe it is ok. i personally can stand that as it is about the same as my older phones. try ask for the vivaz owner at Sony ericsson vivaz v1. some people said that resistive is . but it actually depends on urself. both capacitive and resistive touchscreen are of different price tag. ppl with money can always go for capacitive. but with lower budget, 1k below, resistive is good what..

X6 has slightly better camera. their screen is about the same, 3.2", but differ as X6 is nHD while wildfire is normal 4:3 one.

haha.. for me, bb is good since it got a better build quality. and since originally bb was targeted among the corporate users, it have a high price tag. and bb comes with bb internet service offered, so it effect the price. (this is what i think)

well, not all nokia have problems. i think, it is about the first batch issue. lots of manufacturer face this. and not all users got problems. plus, symbian^3 is still young. it will have little2 problems as a youngsters. go for n8 if u seriously like photography.

yes, it have. symbian s60 and above up to symbian^3 still require u to jump to word editor for any typing needed. just, when u open the slide keyboard, u dun need to jump for word editor. (dunno whether u can imagine or not )

nokia x6 8GB maybe? but since the file may be large, x6 internal memory may be little bit annoyed (or u can bear with it?), u can try for nokia C6 which have external hot swappable memory. but with resistive touchscreen vs capacitive on x6 (C6 have qwerty ).

what u'll b using for? multimedia+camera, N8. but if u want to constantly online (N8 also can for fb, twit etc), qwerty, is blackberry. bear in mind, bb needs u to buy bb internet services to fully used its function, while N8 not.

yaeh, average consumers just print on max A4 paper, which max on good 5mp. but sure higher mp gives more details (and more size on memory )

c5 is slightly above 500 for AP, nearly 600 for Ori (or maybe little bit more than that)

em.. maybe SE ELM. its shape feels awesome on hands + wifi. but u can only get AP with that price range (around RM500). Ori is about RM650
