u can try this:
1) open "terminal" 2) "sudo apt-cache search vlc" 2) if result got vlc, type this "sudo apt-get install vlc" Yes ubuntu does support chinese character, go to System> Administration > language support> install chinese and set ur default language to chinese |

i've recently installed feisty and found that it'll hang everytime whenever there's a screen saver. I wonder if any of you have met such problem? here's my spec amd athlon 2800 768 mb ram ati radeon 9200se I've wondered if it's the graphic card problem but i've search around they do have such problem too.. but i can't find any well rounded solution for this... so just give a try here... btw, I've tried installing beryl.. it failed too.. the same problem arise as i boot into linux.. got lazy of it so re install the whole os... |
