not enough protein. alot of carb.
watever u 'zap' from pantry is very likely carb also.

u can always try eat healthier diet.
introduce some good oil into it, fish oil, olive oil, coconut oil etc.
have some nuts/fruits during break.

milo is nothing but sugary choc milk/water combo.

cardio is optional, u can reduce the duration.
i dun cardio b4 wo. just tell ur trainer u feel weak after intense cardio, therefore reduce the time to 10-20min instead. better to b none.
pls jog for warm up. not sprint!

choc mint has been discontinued though...

have been taking more than 10eggs a day for more than a yr now, kinda live with the fact tat it's me eating the eggs or my body eating up my muscle lol. i believe there's no harm frying the meat once a while as long as healthy oil is used. in the end, it's a lifestyle, not a punishment.
