think i read somewhere b4, preferably the ratio of carb to protein is 2:1, i.e. if u take 50g of protein, carb should b 100g.

this is wat i think.
if you are new member to bb.com, they most likely won't entertain you. however, if u r a returning customer with good record in the past, they will entertain u but still the transaction it's complicated. they want a fool proof one so that they r on the safe side. |

Sometimes my workout can take up to 2.5 hrs. That's if I do arm. Up to 50 sets. 3 hrs is brutal.
