there's no specific time frame, usually by 'feel'.
if u feel your body needs longer time to rest, listen to it.
sometimes i take longer time off to heal my injured wrist/shoulders.

start light weight. get the form right. then increase weight accordingly.

obviously flyes are tougher. u bench 25kg each side doesnt necessary mean u can fly 25kg each side.

same comparison cant b made for lat raise and shoulder press also.
