For me, I prefer people share sincere comments.

Some comments IMHO are likely biased (self interest) and might mislead potential buyers.

One thing I dun understand is why can't the developer forgo selling additional units built on stilts? Really maximise Kau Kau.

And when the units are sold, is this fact conveyed to buyers?

Am not an ER/MEH fanboi, or neither do I have any vest interest in this project, but I'm just sharing my opinion and experience, yesterday after I shared the google streetview image of the house on stilts, I put the pieces together and realised that the stilts appear to support an extended platform with is the pedestrian walkway that encircles each phase. Though it's unclear to me if the stilts support any structural section of the house or just the platform.

I visited the site last week and it seems the construction is picking up again. Maybe Its been too long time since my last visit. at least now got some activities going on rather than an abandoned site last time.

this place requires MASSIVE maintenance. Not only your unit is sitting on stilts, the access roads as well. and now that the road is done they are all covered up, i wonder how or will they even do periodic checking and maintenance.

That steel cannot be used anymore, lost of strength due to corrosion.

Steel rebar is buried in concrete. If contractor get workers to clean and use, who is to know?

Looking too high up of oneself usually kantoi really fast.

1acre how many units in ER??? Fact is fact. A bit of hard work n humble attitude can save u some big bucks. I won't even bother to pay 4.1¢ for a project which destined to fail. I can't brain the decision.

And I onli know many agents calling up at one point asking to buy cos many leftover. How in the world need UT??? Must b some nenek moyang story to pursuance so n so to pay 🙊🙊🙊

delayed almost 2 years as of now? taking average purhase price of 1.5 mil x 10% pa interest x 700 days x 700 unit = rm172 mil of LAD owed to buyers? profit money from empire subang sales oso dont think can save lo
