delayed almost 2 years as of now? taking average purhase price of 1.5 mil x 10% pa interest x 700 days x 700 unit = rm172 mil of LAD owed to buyers? profit money from empire subang sales oso dont think can save lo

boss, not in account line. in engineering instead. just rough calculation only. accuracy x really there kot. like comment above, it could be that theres capping to LAD to the contract. if there is, probably the capping has been breached by now and developer wont have further motivation to push for completion. and if there is no capping, the accumulation of the LAD for this and other sister projects will be piling up very quickly and quite a fair likelihood developer will choose to wind up and chow?

either way buyers will suffer. the developer may get away will some scratches and dents but will start a new sometimes later.

ya thats what i thought. cant recall spa got any capping on lad. so the question is to run or not to run? lol.

on the engieering safety, it all boils down to the quality of the engineering design, checking and approval that they obtain. if all are done proper, the design should stand even though the thin legged ramps are rather not conventional. and those scary slopes.

i wouldnt bet my money and safety on the design though. haha.

but i believe those genuine buyers must have done due diligence before putting their money. hopefully la.

saw listings of eresidences on propwall 1.3 mil -1.7 mil below market value some even advertised as selling below purchAse price. from photos looks gooding oso actually. too bad kena this issue

dayum, how long has it been? the loan interest must be accumulating fast. can the developer complete it and compensate for the LAD? is there any new developer taking over?
