By looking at it, Empire needs at least RM10-15 million to jump-start the progress, and with 2 months smooth sailing of progress, bankers can be invited to inspect on site and agree on disbursing the balance fund to the Empire.
If Datuk Sean Ng Yee Teck, can't even fork out RM 10 million to save this project by this year, the chance to revive is close to ZERO, unless purchasers willing to pay additional payment (easily 15-20% extra from SNP ) to other developer to save them.
