well, hope that this developer is not like some others who deliver incomplete units eg doors missing etc and
when vped just asking the buyers to fill in the defects form for missing doors etc..one unscrupulous way of
trying to avoid less LAD or any LAD for that matter..

am ex buyer as well - not empire series but one of their high rise strata development..

after I found out about the quality of their workmanship and the horror stories that came with it, I disposed of the units
asap....

if extension was granted, the developer don't have to advise buyers officially?

so no one has moved in so far? how long has it been vped already?

the buildup is huge but at 3.5 storey - its a mighty effort to climb those stairs day in day out

Why dont the owners file a lawsuit against the developer? well not sure if they are doing so but
they should. These are not cheap houses by any means..
