Wait for show unit better.

1) Sigh, still need to wait, u can't wait to check out the launch

anyway Jln Bunga Tanjung there got 1 entrance bukak for lorry masuk to SG site.. really hope the local authority will approve SG to maintain that door

Ya lo... Have to wait la... b'coz also no point to put into the bank.. not much interest from the bank also.

I booked SG already also. anyway still can withdrawn mah... if later they change the plan...

at lease now i block the price i book earlier... no harm to wait lor..

1) the reason u prebook a unit here, and
2) what is your view on the whole "its too expensive" thing.
3) What will setapak be in the next 5 years?

Been there 2 days ago.
they r building the show unit now. they said show unit will b ready around Jan 2011.
& AP will get it by mid of dec 2011, S & P will b ready around end of dec.

may i know how many ppl is booked SG edi !?

As for booking, like what cyberteo said, a few of us who active in this thread did booked a unit.

I think if u read through the thread from page 1, there is at least 5 or 6 ppl there.

Depends on your questions, if you dun mind, why dont u share it here with everyone?

Also, by looking at your picture,

1) do u think the monsoon drain is part of SG vicinity or not?
2) What is the chances they build the water treatment plan at the show unit land?

As I know, after they demolish the show unit.
They will build a children playground there.

So, they are going to tutup the drain then.

they are a few bungalows we are talking about here

1)bungalow face by Type A (those papan bungalows yg macam rumah setinggan.... which is next to the moonsoon drain.....eh no offense ya i just dunno how 2 describe. )
2)bungalow face by Type D (those 2 units of single story bungalows) next 2 main road

these r not bungalows lo. these r the shop lots... definitely not gonna wind down.... wat i mean is the rumah papan....on the right side of these shop lots which is oso next 2 monsoon drains... tonite i go snap photo... then u will know what i mean...

Can they re paint the shop lot? It turns to the dark side already. May the force be with us.

that is not under UOA property wo... so definitely UOA can't paint for them haha
