Very well said. If someone invest in the above for student rental market, it will be a disappointment. Setapak area have much lower cost apartment that is closer to colleges/uni to cater for such market.

Yes. they are already got zinc to fenc up the area but i dun saw any batu or pasir or excavator there to built show unit yet probably not yet ready????

Nope. i've shared everything i knew. Webby, u try find time to go to the site office, have a look at their booklet, which inside got the details of SG spec, what tiles they use, what brick etc, need your expertise on this and share with us.

Or any other readers, u may go to the site office and do the same. They won't allow people to copy, so we need to have extra memory power.
