oops..

sorry for late reply...was in meeting...

er i can't really share the details here yet thanks hiddie for understanding smile.gif. but i don't c the details have skim coat walls... and aluminium coated powder the rest are all very standards such as porcelain tiles and reinforced concrete walls.

althought the price is on par...

but a lot of thing dunno how 2 compare

such as we do not hava jaccuzi, do not have sauna do not have BBQ area

288 has jacuzzi, BBQ Area, 1 car park 2 lifts. free table tops and electrical appliances and intercoms, water feature landscape in entrance, 4 tier security entrance

SG has 6 lifts, 2 car park but din c the rest probably all not finalize

the maintenance price for SG is from RM250-RM280

Everything above is what i see and wat i get. Do not quote me for anything oh smile.gif they might be changing or adding something as everything is not finalize.....so tat y i said better wait for their finalize specs and plan....

as for the layout units the SA said most likely are alerayd confirmed...

24 floors X 18 units - 1 unit = 431 units

6 lifts support 431 units

so....= 72 units share 1 lifts.

I think, a very big indicator will be the show unit, once the show unit is done, then i'm sure the launch will be pretty soon. In another words, it gonna launch when its ready.

I think if after the show unit is ready, it is fair to all buyers.

Ya. I'm sure they will get the show unit done, before the official launch so they can impress us.

I don't think so. They are building the show unit partly for site office and to replace the container as it is obstructing the work area. The show unit is meant to impress the slower sales unit.

Agree. Assuming a drop out of 30% it is still a lot of units sold.

Even no dropout, prebook not consider sold yet. Ask UOA to show their sincerity. smile.gif
