Yes, most of the time 2nd interview is with a different interviewer, higher management personnel, they'll be much more interested in you, and in the end they'll discuss with you on the official date you come into your first day of work.

Guys i have quit my previous job during march due to the pressure. I worked at previous company for around 6 months and i couldnt take it anymore so I quit. I have recently got an interview for things that I actually wanna do so I was wondering how should I tell them when they asked me why i quit?
Can I cite reasons like personal family problem like sick father that requires my attention?

So, you want to plant the seed that you will quit again if your father falls sick again in the short term future? Just say the culture in that organisation was not in line with what you are looking for.

Can i tell that he has been taken care of and he is currently staying with me instead of staying in kedah which is my hometown(I m based in kl currently).

Just want to share one moment during the interview that i remember most. There was one time during interview session i told the interviewer the reason of i changing the job is because i am getting used to all the processes and already expert in where i am and i want to try new things and ready to pick new challenges. The interviewer later laughed and told another interviewer, "i am pretty sure you will not stay here any longer". I was trapped and couldn't reply anything. However i managed to secured that job.

Of course you can even if it is an MNC, you just have to hope they dismiss it as a small issue la..

When they ask for expected salary, what is the reasonable percentage of increment compared to current job?
I am thinking of asking for a 15% increment. Do you guys think it is reasonable for a senior management role?

Do you guys think it is reasonable for a senior management role? I would say at least 20% increment from your current salary

Do you guys think it is reasonable for a senior management role? To me, increment does not depend on your last salary. It depends more on what you have achieved during last employment and whether you have met performance expectations/target or not.

For FINANCE interviews: What in your opinion makes a good financial model? If it were up to you, what would the budgeting process look like? Walk me through the 3 financial statements. If I had only 1 statement and wanted to review the overall health of a company, which statement would I use and why? If you were CFO of our company, what would keep you up at night? All of the questions with answers are here: http://www.corporatefinanceinstitute.com/f...rview-questionsHope that helps and good luck in your interviews!

Hi there,
I used to be in pure technical engineering line. Now the current company is pushing more sales task and I manage to increased 40% of the sales (certain line and a small figure) volume for 2016.
If I am going for business development or sales interview, how will the interviewer ask for proof for the sales result I bring to my current company?
And if I managed a RM500k to 700k/yr business (incl sales, quotation, closing, procurement, dirty my hands till chasing for payment), how much should be my pay? Margin is around 20-40%
Thank you

I often get the questions like "Are you shy or nervous?" and "You seems to be quite shy". Does this affect the impressions or the hiring possibilities, like they think I wont be able to cope with working in a team etc? btw, I applied for IT segments.

If you are still working with your current company, best not to expose current projects n project value 2. I bet the company will ask for your current payslip, you may provide them- KWSP statement instead. 3. Never mention and bitch about your current company, bosses & colleagues 4. Think carefully before you answer "push " and "Pull" factor Hope above help

I am currently working in my current company for more than 2 years. Then increment I got each year is 1-5%.
I decided to jump ship and the main reason is bcoz the yearly increment is very low. If the interviewer ask the reason of i changing the job, what is the best answer to reply them?
