I used to be in pure technical engineering line. Now the current company is pushing more sales task and I manage to increased 40% of the sales (certain line and a small figure) volume for 2016.
If I am going for business development or sales interview, how will the interviewer ask for proof for the sales result I bring to my current company?
And if I managed a RM500k to 700k/yr business (incl sales, quotation, closing, procurement, dirty my hands till chasing for payment), how much should be my pay? Margin is around 20-40%
