Last time I went interview at this small company.

First of all, they asked me to explain about myself. So I explain about myself, education and working experiences.

And then after that, the woman that interview me asked me to tell about my family backgrounds, what are they doing etc, and also expect me to explain my attitude when I'm with my family, with my friends etc.

Is it ethical to ask these questions? I don't feel like it's necessary for them to ask these questions.

And the most shocking part, they ask whether I have GF or not? I'm speechless when she asked me that kind of question.

Normally, they will ask you this as the final question.

"What is your strength and what you can do for the company?"

what do they usually ask during the second interview?

May I ask what is the purpose for second interview ?? Different interviewer ?

Is it high chance to get a offer if invite for second interview ??
