Digi center in ss2 running out the stock for iphone32gb cox there is a notice paste at the front door..
For 16gb I not sure cox I went there for the mnp problem.. One hour ago smile.gif

i am planning to switch my maxis postpaid plan over to DiGi and i want to ask what is the RM5 rebate of meaning? means they wont send the bill to your house but only view your bill online right?

another question i want to ask is the digi's billing...can i play credit card via phone banking or online via digi website? something like what maxis is doing not though....

rm5 rebate if u apply auto billing(mean ur monthly bill auto bill to ur credit card)

i went to Pavi on sat, they said no stock and registration closed for iphone 4.. where got stock?

FYI : (for MNP users)

1) need to wait at least 24 hrs to (port in @ Port out from previous telco)
AT THE MEAN TIME :
- follow up with DG CS , ask them about your MNP application.. ask them, DIGI already submit or not your application (make sure bring along your
supplimentary line if not your application will be rejected)
- follow up with your previous telco (maxis @ celcom), ask them are they received the application from DG or not. (please make sure there is no outstanding balance for you and your supp)
- if there is no outstanding balance and your IC number is not blacklisted.. you just need to wait...

2) after Port in you need to wait at least 24 hrs to make sure your plan are converting from MNP IPhone --> Idigi 88, idigi 138 and etc

3) after converting the plan, you need to wait another 24 hrs to make sure your data plan is activate , please do call CS to make sure they process it.
In my case, i call them and then they said that i need to wait another 24 hrs.

Went to the SS2 Digi Centre on Sat 2pm (got attended to at 2.45pm) and got the port-in on Sun. 3G and Edge also in working order.

Original line was Maxis Prepaid

Digi phone customer service has varied from utter clueless to more-or-less decent - which is pretty normal.

Oh, and one more thing: make sure the IC registered under your original line is the same as the one you gave Digi.

Is that meaning before that the user will be charged for the Internet usage?

Im on i88 plan n its already 4 oct, how come my unbill amount is still going up whenever i sms or call eventhough ive never exceeded the 200 sms or calls limit?

I signed up the MNP there...and till now..alredi 6 days...still not done yet

I followed up with digi about 8 times over the 6 days....the latest was 4pm this afternoon...as I was talking to the cs rep, i received an sms from digi that my MNP app was canceled.... And he was puzzled as the status changed right in front of him to "canceled", not even rejected or failed.

I have cleared everything with maxis, called them a couple of times and even visited the center to get a print out of the confirmation letter.

So now...digi still has no answer to my predicament.
