After 6 days of waiting, countless non-promises, I have just enough, and would not take their script-featured answers -- I demanded to speak to the Manager in charge and questioned him the same questions you have right now -- what was the point of Digi staff (not dealer) photostating all of the relevant details there and then, in my presence and STILL ask for re-verification 6 days later? Did they lost the details? Did they lose all of the documents? (Note during the event I asked, and was told thrice, this was not required as Digi will enter the details "automatically" / "manually", depending on which staff you spoke to...) Digi Manager in charge then said, "no, we have all your details" which I replied, "so why do I need to go then to re-verify?"

He then said that Digi will update my plan within the hour, no later than 40 minutes later I checked the IVS to confirm that yes, finally I was under the plan I originally subscribed to. I find it strange that the OCS still does not reflect this, but another call to CS today mentioned that the web based OCS will only be updated by Monday. We will see....

Digi customer service is in FUBAR mode since the launch. I, myself, had to wait 7 days for the MNP request to be completed. My advice for those that registered for MNP at the Quill launch is to drop by a Digi centre and re-submit your application. Minus the waiting, it takes about 5 minutes. Yes, it's stupid that we have to do things twice, but Digi is going to take at least a month to recover from their f-up.

Went to the SS2 Digi Centre on Sat 2pm (got attended to at 2.45pm) and got the port-in on Sun. 3G and Edge also in working order.

Original line was Maxis Prepaid

Digi phone customer service has varied from utter clueless to more-or-less decent - which is pretty normal.

Oh, and one more thing: make sure the IC registered under your original line is the same as the one you gave Digi.

For such reasons they don't disclose their Digi Centre numbers. They'd have to hire several hundred people just to attend to the same incessant queries from customers.

It's over 9000 (kb) !!!

The update's a big file, so how long it'll take will depend on the internet connection you're downloading from.
