Hi, thanks for your reply but i'm not an MNP user.
Anyway, i called the DG CS and they somehow reset something over their side and 30 mins later it was okay.

FYI : (for MNP users)
1) need to wait at least 24 hrs to (port in @ Port out from previous telco)
AT THE MEAN TIME :
- follow up with DG CS , ask them about your MNP application.. ask them, DIGI already submit or not your application (make sure bring along your
supplimentary line if not your application will be rejected)
- follow up with your previous telco (maxis @ celcom), ask them are they received the application from DG or not. (please make sure there is no outstanding balance for you and your supp)
- if there is no outstanding balance and your IC number is not blacklisted.. you just need to wait...
2) after Port in you need to wait at least 24 hrs to make sure your plan are converting from MNP IPhone --> Idigi 88, idigi 138 and etc
3) after converting the plan, you need to wait another 24 hrs to make sure your data plan is activate , please do call CS to make sure they process it.
In my case, i call them and then they said that i need to wait another 24 hrs.
