I signed up the MNP there...and till now..alredi 6 days...still not done yet
I followed up with digi about 8 times over the 6 days....the latest was 4pm this afternoon...as I was talking to the cs rep, i received an sms from digi that my MNP app was canceled.... And he was puzzled as the status changed right in front of him to "canceled", not even rejected or failed.

I have cleared everything with maxis, called them a couple of times and even visited the center to get a print out of the confirmation letter.

So now...digi still has no answer to my predicament.

Been 9 days since I got my phone from digi. My iphone has the death grip issue. Drops 3-4 bars for 3g network and 1 bar for Edge network with death grip. But after using a case the problem vanishes completely.. So I guess it should be fine yea..

Can i do this?

Buy iphone 4 from digi with 24m contract. pay 2090 for 16g than terminate the contract within few day. As state in t&c i need to pay 400 coz terminate contract.

So i have iphone 4 withour contract for just only 2090 + 400 = 2490

My Q: Will digi blacklist me coz terminate the contract?

I had the same problem .... yesterday received a call from Digi CS to follow up on my MNP (this is after 9 days since I filled up the MNP form). CS noticed my application has been rejected 5 times (twice because of supplementary line and 3 times because port out line not active). I told the CS if my main line is not active, how is it possible that she could call me on that line? She was also puzzled and asked if I could make calls. I said yes ... I could SMS, MMS and even use it roaming in Singapore. She said she would resubmit and hope in the next 24 hours it won't be rejected again. Got SMS at 8pm saying port out successful. Now using Digi! rclxm9.gif

I also asked if this time reject, what can I do since everything is in order (line active, payments all made)? She also don't know. I was prepared to go to Maxis, change my line from post paid to prepaid (since the issue seems to be linked to the postpaid account), then port out the prepaid number .... this might delay the whole process by another week.

NOTE: To make it easy to port, CONVERT YOUR SUPP LINE TO A PRINCIPAL line, and make sure you clear any outstanding.

Conversion to principal line is the most hassle-free solution.

Hi, thanks for your reply but i'm not an MNP user.
Anyway, i called the DG CS and they somehow reset something over their side and 30 mins later it was okay.

Kudos for good & fast service...

QUOTE(gagak_84 @ Oct 4 2010, 07:30 PM)
FYI : (for MNP users)

1) need to wait at least 24 hrs to (port in @ Port out from previous telco)
  AT THE MEAN TIME :
  - follow up with DG CS , ask them about your MNP application.. ask them, DIGI already submit or not your application (make sure bring along your
supplimentary line if not your application will be rejected)
  - follow up with your previous telco (maxis @ celcom), ask them are they received the application from DG or not. (please make sure there is no outstanding balance for you and your supp)
- if there is no outstanding balance and your IC number is not blacklisted.. you just need to wait...

2) after Port in you need to wait at least 24 hrs to make sure your plan are converting from MNP IPhone --> Idigi 88, idigi 138 and etc

3) after converting the plan, you need to wait another 24 hrs to make sure your data plan is activate , please do call CS to make sure they process it.
In my case, i call them and then they said that i need to wait another 24 hrs.

To make it easy to port, the correct fast way is to port over all the supplementary lines. After that terminate all the unused lines supplementary lines immediately.
