keeting89,

Same situation as yours, in the midst of mental rage of waiting for 6 hours during the Quill event I asked the same stupid questions -- how will you guys process me to be with the plan I wanted? Answers were given by the Digi staff, but it was not clear. This set into motions what I believe was happening to some of those who did MNP during the roadshow as well. Dig up my previous post at page 10, 14 and 24.

What I did not update was fast forward Friday, I was still stuck in MNP iPhone -- confirmed at 12pm by checking both the IVR and OCS.

I made another call to CS, and instead was told to "go to the nearest Digi centre/dealer to re-verify your details". After 6 days of waiting, countless non-promises, I have just enough, and would not take their script-featured answers -- I demanded to speak to the Manager in charge and questioned him the same questions you have right now -- what was the point of Digi staff (not dealer) photostating all of the relevant details there and then, in my presence and STILL ask for re-verification 6 days later? Did they lost the details? Did they lose all of the documents? (Note during the event I asked, and was told thrice, this was not required as Digi will enter the details "automatically" / "manually", depending on which staff you spoke to...) Digi Manager in charge then said, "no, we have all your details" which I replied, "so why do I need to go then to re-verify?"

He then said that Digi will update my plan within the hour, no later than 40 minutes later I checked the IVS to confirm that yes, finally I was under the plan I originally subscribed to. I find it strange that the OCS still does not reflect this, but another call to CS today mentioned that the web based OCS will only be updated by Monday. We will see....

Digi customer service is in FUBAR mode since the launch. I, myself, had to wait 7 days for the MNP request to be completed. My advice for those that registered for MNP at the Quill launch is to drop by a Digi centre and re-submit your application. Minus the waiting, it takes about 5 minutes. Yes, it's stupid that we have to do things twice, but Digi is going to take at least a month to recover from their f-up.

hello, i'm about to decide if i wanna go with Digi or Maxis.

the answer to these questions will help me decide if Digi or Maxis will end up cheaper.

1. does Digi have monthly bulk sms packages like Maxis does eg. Extra 500 SMS?
2. are local landline calls included in the free voice calls by Digi? (eg. 03, 05, 04 no's)

I've been given the run around too for the past 5 days. I called maxis sc a couple of times to make sure that there was no outstanding or any other problems that might hinder the port over to digi, I even visited the maxis center to be certain. All green.

After calling digi a couple of times regarding status of port over, first couple of excuses was that maxis did not respond to my application to port over. And then after clearing with maxis, digi cs says that have to wait till the 5 day waiting period is over before the system will update me on the port over status. In which i receive "port unsuccessful" sms from digi this morning. I called up digi cs again, now they claim that their MNP system is down. And assure me that the MNP rep will call me on Monday morning to discuss the matter....there goes another cycle.

Does reapplying the MNP help?

Ojimaru: How did your reapp go? manage to port to digi?
