i don't understand, after i turn off my 3G and its showing E, means what? Will be charged extra for this? Im using the i88 plan ...

Im on i88 plan n its already 4 oct, how come my unbill amount is still going up whenever i sms or call eventhough ive never exceeded the 200 sms or calls limit?
