If any one still interested to purchase vogue 1, there is one owner willing to let go at purchase price. Rm1200 per sq ft for 900+ sq ft. 2 rooms. Serious buyer Pm please if interested.

Boss, north point now rm 5 to 6 per sqft. Rm8, laughing happily lo. Since vogue 1 sapu a few awards this year, i have high hopes.

the Garden south tower is at around RM7.5 to RM8.50 psf. so Strata office smaller in size, RM8 psf sound logic ?

sounds logical to me... 7.00 at the bottom end..northpoint is considered grade B..

Hows the offices in q sentral doing? i see good takeup rates among d new big office blocks in kls reversing the low occupancy trend prior to this..

You guys talking about RM1500psf and RM8psf for strata office are really a fat hope. Office rental in KL is trending downwards. Moreover it is a strata office. Most current projects in KL that launched at future price will see no capital appreciation or price reduction upon completion.

Strata mall with indiv owners is tough to maintain good tenant quality....I doubt $8psf rental is doable
