this prime location office la...shouldn't be doing bad. but might snatch ppl away from...say...kl sentral.

midvalley offics occupancy 93+%.. gardens office 100%..future southpoint MV leasing begun n i expect it to be fully tenanted by grade A MSCs..

I expect ecocity offices to do well !!
