There will not be wrong for investing here...three main principles of property investment are location, location and location. See the crowd in mid valley everyday then will know the strong demand is definitely there. RM1700 is possible and i am sure after long time from 1st launch, the subsequent launch will be easily and fastly "digest" by the market.
