if circle doesn't come to KLEC also ok. there is a existing direct line to KLCC, Sentral.

How is the hotel going to operate ? We buy the unit and lease back to hotel operator and collect fix fee ?

Office has different disbursement rule compare to resi. usually much ealier, and they can VP without CF. resi cannot.

Yes, can. Setiawalk retail & offices was VP without CF. CF comes almost a year later.
