Visited my friends unit in viia again. Occupancy is still below 20%. Very nice place though.

Parking at midvalley here still cheap compare to KL city.

Can reach by KTM and lrt Putra line. Well connected by bridge.

LGE's son love to bring different high class ayamas here open rooms.

Any owners keen to rent their parking lot ?

Any owners willing to do short rental for 3 months, partial furnished? My own unit is under reno.

Lelong unit sold yesterday.
Size 710sqft.
Reserve price 607.5K.

Attracted 11 bidders fight.
Unit sold at 690K.
Still below 1k psf.

Good catch?

Basically KL Eco City targeted buyers have all been sucked away by Bangsar South fanatics

Checked the unit, Viia built up with good material and quality, Vogue can't compare with it

My gf is currently comparing Vogue and Viia.
Heard that Viia was about 60% sold.

IMHO, finishings at Viia didn't seem any better than Vogue overall.

Toto vs American Standard bathrooms goes to Vogue.
Bedroom closets goes to Viia.
Kitchen cabinets goes to Vogue.
Overall finishing goes to Viia but partially because it's also newer.

Layout-wise, the 1+1 bedroom units layout in both aren't appealing.
I preferred the 1 bedroom units at Vogue.
For 2 bedroom units, the layout at Viia was cleaner.

Other considerations would be that AirBnB friendly Viia is better for investors.
And Vogue's amenities are overall slightly more appealing.

Anyone else looked or looking at either/both?

Sanitary - didn’t compare

Kitchen - Viia : Vogue kitchen doors turned yellowish and some units doesn’t come with drawers. Viia has more kitchen space than Vogue

Wardrobe - Vouge : I prefer sliding more than swing door.

Master bedroom : Vogue - more spacious than Viia

Overall layout 1+1 : Viia - I like vogue spacious feel but I toilet sharing is important.

Facilities : Vogue - better, larger lobby.

Corridor : Vogue - Wider but lack of brightness/natural light.

Toilet : Viia - don’t like Vogue sunken shower
