Looks like the MRT Cirlce Line 3 might be passing threw KL Eco City. I think the plans to have a MRT station at KL Eco City has been revived

My estimate for Vogue Suites One upon VP in 2017 would be in the region of Rm1500 - Rm1600 psf ....

Regarding the collapsed bridge, i spoke to Sp Setia staff yesterday and i was told the new bridge design is currently in progress and construction should start again very soon.

Retail Mall target completion end of this year with the new bridge.

When i bought my 1 Bedroom Vogue Suites, the price was just under Rm1200sqft... I know a few intrested buyers who have approched me to let go my unit for RM1300 +
