Had high hope and really looking forward to the completion of this project. But it seems to be a disappointment, can't even properly link up a bridge. Now it looks like a bunch of crowed up concrete there with no sign of "life".
Hope it gets better. |

Where is the bridge to the gardens mall? should it be rebuilt?
