I think they cant really 'consider' the living conditions of vogue 1 as the dust n noise will affect vogue 1.also the view will be construction view for mayb 2-3yrs..thts why they shld launch it fast n even if its only RM1.5kpsf (which means that Vogue 1 buyers lost big time as other props have greatly appreciated) at least the time to suffer wont be so long..

I remember OUA launched condo next to SG besi airport during Eco doing foundation.... OUA completed the structure already and ECO still struggling at this level... So so slow

maybe they are trying to be slow to compensate buyers fos they know they cant launch at 1.6kpsf in todays market..mind u this aint no pavilion as they wld have nvr built blocks facing each other like ecocity..

KL Eco City has some delays. But this is expected as this is a 60-storey tower, the first condo in Malaysia breaching more than 55 floors.

I hope the maincon, Ireka can do a good job here.


Local maincon IJM did Troika until 50 floor was delayed too.

Leighton did K Residence 52 storeys. Korea's Daewoo completed structure for 48-storey St Regis recently. Two China companies are working on Banyan Tree - 59 storeys and Tropicana Residences/W Hotel - 55 storeys.

Ya lor. Really pity those investors. Especially hearsay staff purchase. Kau Kau delay meaning cannot move job to Ecoworld. shocking.gif

They follower SP Setia always make money. Not so true here.

Ya.. this one maybe exception.. i think the price is high cos is a JV with DKBL.. passby again n still slow.. compare with the tropicana garden Burberry 2 yrs n almost 40 floors d, this one 3.5 yrs n still 32 floor..

I jz wonder this project can we still claim LD when it exceeds 54 mths since is a dibs project..

This is a high ensmd condo hope the finishing is good quality as always been sp.

I have a question if i can dispose this property during construction. How?

Dont dispose leh.. this one grade A+ location with current demand very high n MV mall gona complete the refurbishment in a few yrs by the time Eco City VP...

Property investment is long term. Everyone is looking at good rental return and capital gain.

Cant dispose it now coz Setia wont give consent to transfer, not until VP.. Nothing much can be done except prepared for the worst and pray for the best.

I dont mean to side track the topic, look at sp setia after it has been taken over by pnb. The project seems to lose its lustre compare to its heydays, i bet if still the old batch of sp management in charge, the project will be different and always full of creactivity and innovation. The only token worth of this project is the location and hopefully its transportation hub.

Who are the majority buyers, foreigner or local? Anyone here vest more than a unit?
