Very concern about this development since nothing informing us what causes the bridge to fall.

1) If Engineering, then whole development needs to be review again

2) If Construction company then review also no point...

Will go in once it drop below $900/sqf.

If yes also temporary as the current ecocity is a ghost town. No access to MRT/LRT/BUS/food and plenty of dust and of course the ever worry if the whole place is safe after the collapse of the bridge.

I think insurance also higher

Those Super VIP got it very low price, think below $800/sqf. They are the 1st one to throw the price and it will snow balled when rental don't do well. Don't forget the place is isolated. Not much makan, no transport...

Yes, that is provided the price could maintain $1,000/sqf. What happened the price cannot sustain then will drop drop drop. Anyway, still got to see lelong price.
