u normally use you car for what purpose? if for cruising long distance, i suggest you use silverstone kruizer ns700.
i used to have falken too, but they wear off too fast, dunlop (think is D01) also wear out fast. tak tahan, then shift to silverstone.

hi all sifu, m driving a 4g13 siemen ecu wira.

was thnking to change to 4g15 block+piston, however, m not too sure about the ecu part. Will the siemen ecu adapt itself to 1500cc instead of 1300cc?

I'm not sure it is a problem or just a feeling. When I corner on right side, I cannot turn the steering too much to oversteer at high speed, or I will felt like something wrong with front tires going to swing and body will slide. The feeling not there for left side corner.

Hi all,
for few weeks now, i got a "jerking" problem when moving the car from idle, or after slowing down (road bumps) and moving again.
example: when slowdown to drive over road bump, then still in 2nd gear, i press gas, the car jerks before moving again. usually the RPM range about 1.3k range when it happens. i'm not sure if it's the plugs, cables, distributor, or even the clutch? last time, with my other car, the clutch giving problems but it was consistent, so it wa easy to confirm, but i got no experience with the Wira. Anyway, i tried to read a bit online on how-to test the clutch, and below is what i found mostly: however, they are general guidelines, not specific to Wira. So wanna ask u sifoos, for wira, what is the usual most common signs of clutch failure? is my problem clutch, or something else? Thanks! smile.gif

# Try changing gears when the engine is off. If the gears shift fine, then the clutch might need repair or replacement.

# Stop the car on a level road with the hand break pulled up and ignition on. Change to the top gear and release the clutch while depressing the gas pedal. If the car engine does not stall when the car moves, the problem is a worn out clutch that needs replacing.
