hello.. i'm new here on the this thread.. i own wira 1.5 auto.. bought it 2nd hand last hari raya... all working fine.. till a few weeks ago..

heres the story

my car jerks when i punch the throttle everytime i went idling at traffic lights.. i gotta pump it again or two time to make it run ok again.. and just 2 days ago it got worst. It happens again n then i pump the throttle again.. the engine died.. but no problem starting the car again.

so i send the car to the workshop n they replaced new plug cable, new plug and tune back the timing or whatever.. n now the cars is fine but still got a really really small jerking.. not bad.. so i went googling here n there.. and many people said maybe the throttle body is dirty.. is it true? or is there something else that might be causing it to jerk??? no problem on normal drive.. just when trying to move the car when idling....

i'm zero on cars tehnical stuff.. but is ISC stands for Idle Air Control Valve ?? so i required to tell the mechanic to clean the IAC and TB ??

ops isc not iac sorry hehe.. let me go n search again for ISC hehe

aiyo.. can melt one ar?? isk isk.. lets say if mine melts.. how much would it cost to replace eh??

need to fork out 800 ar.. even 400 is out of my budget hehe.. well guess i need to ignore it for a while..

hopefully cleaning the tb is enough so FICD is fast idle control device ar? the price? so ficd is a better option than isc?

today.. i sent my car to the workshop.. finally the jerking is gone.. changed the distributor all went well..

RM300 for the distributor

recon i think... 1 week warranty..

guys.. another noob question.. can i use sTp power steering fluid the red/white coloured bottle sold at tesco. not flushing just need to top up abit. can i mix with the old fluid. i dont know what brand/type the current one is.

even with other brands can mix ar? i dunno if its leaking or not.. bought the car 4 month ago.. will monitor n see if there's any leak.. thanks chaf

same same lor.. but i have a question.. does changing to a bigger rims makes the speedometer inaccurate? maybe thats the cause our gps reads lower(correct speed) than the speedometer... just guessing
