ei, guys. i wan to ask about the absorber mounting.
i juz change for 3 months ago..
n the shop quote me rm80 for both side..
i change it during i change to adjustable absorber(becoz 1 side of the mounting broken d)..
feeling regret becoz rm80 for both sure is non-ori part...
after driving for 3 months long.. i realize that the mounting is kinda HARD
compare to ori 1...
when i accelerate, the mouting got sound on left hand 1...
when i turn my steering 45 degree and above, my right mounting make weird sound...
damn it!! really regret...

planning to change another new set of ori mounting soon..
any1 got lubang lunbang which shop got cheap ori mounting replacement?

hello.. i'm new here on the this thread.. i own wira 1.5 auto.. bought it 2nd hand last hari raya... all working fine.. till a few weeks ago..

heres the story

my car jerks when i punch the throttle everytime i went idling at traffic lights.. i gotta pump it again or two time to make it run ok again.. and just 2 days ago it got worst. It happens again n then i pump the throttle again.. the engine died.. but no problem starting the car again.

so i send the car to the workshop n they replaced new plug cable, new plug and tune back the timing or whatever.. n now the cars is fine but still got a really really small jerking.. not bad.. so i went googling here n there.. and many people said maybe the throttle body is dirty.. is it true? or is there something else that might be causing it to jerk??? no problem on normal drive.. just when trying to move the car when idling....

cleaning the throttle body is part of the routine service. so, no harm and clean it and see if it helps..
if that doesnt help.. probably need to check other things liao..

mostly its because the ISC part..bottom part of throttle body..

i'm zero on cars tehnical stuff.. but is ISC stands for Idle Air Control Valve ?? so i required to tell the mechanic to clean the IAC and TB ??

ops isc not iac sorry hehe.. let me go n search again for ISC hehe

Idle speed control..melt already..common problem for Wira..

change whole Throttle body RM800..original..
if change the bottom part..I don't know..

Check it, either caused by clogged carbon inside TB, or the ISC itself. If carbon, clean it up. If ISC, gotta change it. Whole TB new around RM 700-800, ISC itself 2nd one or recond, around RM 200-300 I think. Another option is to install FICD.

Mine only occurs when aircond switch on. When compressor kicks in during idle, RPM drop. Or sometimes during sudden full brake. And also, I think gotta change compressor real soon.

hopefully cleaning the tb is enough so FICD is fast idle control device ar? the price? so ficd is a better option than isc?

Yes, should be around RM 50 I guess. Can search up from half cut shop or garage sales. It is from Toyota.
