how long does a tb clean last?
i noticed i cleaned mine like 6 months back, but now the symptoms coming back of jerky when accelerating, my mechanic is asking me to clean it again.

what caused the tb to be dirty in the first place, i just know its carbon deposits. But is using cheap engine oil causing it?

just send my wira to workshop yesterday.

because i suspect there is leaking beetween my engine and some black oil/dust stick to engine bay

so the engineer change the rubber that covered inside the engine cover.what is that?gasket?

then he change something inside the thing beside my engine.i dont know what it is

they charge me rm40 for those 2 items

also they checked my TB that my TB is in wrong setting.and he want to setting it back and clean TB and charge for 110++ something.but i said later becoze not on budget.

then they rev my engine and said my manifold is leaking oredi.FYI,im using stock manifold.he insist me to change to extractor which cost RM300(include labour).

so,whats the summary of all above?

happened during the car is on the road and you're driving it slowly... not experience on idle..
first, on straight road.
second, after the bumper, and suddenly the car was turn off doh.gif

erk your term seem so new for me  laugh.gif
any links to read for better explanation?

I had this problem once. I was driving at about 40km/h then I realise there is a speed bump. I jammed into the brakes. The next moment I know, the engine stalled and a restart is required. Fortunately there is no car behind.

I am using Auto gearbox, so user error with clutch is negligible.

Lol. No idea how it happened. I tried jamming the brakes nowadays but the engine did not stall so far.

if you have problems idling with aircond on, incidents like above will happen albeit in rarer cases. It is because during idling, the rpm needle is kinda low already, when you put it in to gear, it drops even lower hence the chance of stalling

Try this, during idle with aircond on, try tapping on the brakes hard repeatedly or turn your steering to the most left and right, you will notice that your rpm needle will drop
