6. There are some users here ordered from Apple Online Singapore with their Malaysian Credit cards and the order went through.
*Do note: If you use any CC below, it does not guarantee that your order went through
The cards that went through is: Hong Leong, Citibank and UOB [Malaysian CC] & American Express[US Based]

*There are times your order get stuck. There are 2 possible reason. I have stated the alternative as to what you can do if you face the problem.
a) Credit Card Company doesn't release your payment to apple. Alternative: You can change cards or cancel your order.
b) Apple suspect you using credit card from overseas. Alternative: You can cancel your order or send in your documents
*Sending in your documents does not guarantee your order will go through

7. After you Order, you will get an Acknowledgement letter from Apple. Followed by a Shipping Notification with a 10 digit tracking number from DHL Singapore when your order is ship. Then an Invoice stating your order amount have been charged to the credit card.
*Apple will only hold your amount from your credit card when you order from the first time. They do not charge it straight away*

8. Address. When you order, you must use a Singapore Address aka Shipping Address[Refer to Point 3]. The billing address can be the same as your Singapore address(If you use Malaysian CC or Amex-Us Based). The phone number, you can put your contact's number in Singapore(Singapore Number).
*How about Malaysian number? You can try to put that. But I can't guarantee you if Apple/DHL will call you due to overseas number.

If there's a problem with my iPhone, will I have to send it directly to Apple SG or will an authorized reseller be able to help me claim warranty? I bought mine from the SG Apple Store.

Yep, you got it exactly right. You may also use the same iTunes account for your iPhone 4.

Waiting my iPhone 4 to be arrived on weekend.. And gonna claim GST when a Msian friend visits Sgpore in 2 weeks later.. The GST form has been issued d.. Just that the friend coming back from Sgpore is on working visa..

Okay, I have some news for people getting their units from Singapore.

1. GST Refund is possible. You have to inform apple before you reach Singapore, it takes at least one working days to process the form.

2. Collection of Refund form is @ AMK Apple Singapore Office. They only open on working days and office hours.

3. The GST Officer will check the invoiced name and Passport name. It has to be matched. Else, everyone would be taking this advantage.

4. The GST Refund will have an administrative fees of SGD25 for my case. I think it's certain % of total GST refundable.

You can download the case application in advance and wait for you iPhone. To claim the case, install the case application on the iPhone with iTunes. You need an internet connection Wifi or 3G to choose your case on the iPhone 4. After selecting the case you want, the app will ask for your iTunes login ID and password and the case will be shipped to the shipping address tied to the account. Just attempt to claim the case & if you try claiming after the eligible period I think the case application will tell you the promotion has expired. I am suspecting any phones manufactured before & during September is eligible to claim the case as the application will check the phone's information before allowing the claiming process to proceed.

If apple free case no longer available after 30 sept, then I'm not able to claim for free case
I think they should allow those who ordered their phone before 30 sept to get free case, instead of depending on receive status.

I have no regret getting iphone 4 sg set because I dun have to use time and effort to think whether i should buy from maxis or digi .
Summore , friends and relatives are in singapore , no issue for them to come to malaysia just forsake to give me the IPHONE 4 SINGAPORE set . woo hoo . Maxis and digi discussion thread non stop buzzing here and for us iphone 4 singapore thread should raise up more post with necessary questions , answers , tips , testimonials ......
