You can download the case application in advance and wait for you iPhone. To claim the case, install the case application on the iPhone with iTunes. You need an internet connection Wifi or 3G to choose your case on the iPhone 4. After selecting the case you want, the app will ask for your iTunes login ID and password and the case will be shipped to the shipping address tied to the account. Just attempt to claim the case & if you try claiming after the eligible period I think the case application will tell you the promotion has expired. I am suspecting any phones manufactured before & during September is eligible to claim the case as the application will check the phone's information before allowing the claiming process to proceed.

4. The GST Refund will have an administrative fees of SGD25 for my case. I think it's certain % of total GST refundable.

You can use any sim card to surf the net. You need to activate the phone by plugging the phone to the pc/Mac. To activate the phone, you need to put a sim card in. So that means your singtel/M1/starhub

You don't have to activate the one again. Just change the sim and done!

Yes. You just put your Malaysian sim card into the phone and activate it. It is official unlock so it must accept all the sim card from around the world.

@garykarhou: I have heard people buying phones in Singapore and using in Malaysia but not buy in Malaysia and use in Singapore. Phones in Singapore are relatively cheaper. for your question, the answer is yes. You can use phones from Malaysia and put in a SG sim

It will auto configure for you when you put in your sim. You don't have to worry. Remember to update your carrier settings if there is a small notification Just click update and you are good to go.

The Malaysian iTunes does not have the free case application thus you cannot order the case with a Malaysian account 

Singapore exchange rate is sky rocketing. Probably cheaper to get it in msia, unless u go get it urself and claim the 7% gst.

My calls to them usually 30-60 minutes, 80% is waiting time...

by doing that, it wont permanently disable all data transfer. u also got to off your push notification in settings, else they will charge ur credit for every push sent.
