I have a question.

If there's a problem with my iPhone, will I have to send it directly to Apple SG or will an authorized reseller be able to help me claim warranty? I bought mine from the SG Apple Store.

Hello ,

Would like to ask if I already purchase the order on 17th september and I'll receive it either 8th or 11th or 12th october . Can I still get my free bumper apple case ?

As far as I know, the free case program ends on the 30th of Sept.

I actually just need someone to pick up a casing for me. I got it through the free case program. If anyone is willing, please let me know. I don't mind paying you a small fee for your troubles. smile.gif

Considering the future warranty claims and money spent to get the device over? I wouldn't be too sure about that. wink.gif
